Built on
Compassion.
A story of ordinary people choosing extraordinary humanity โ one life at a time in the heartland of Uttar Pradesh.

to serve the underserved
From a Village in Ayodhya
to a Movement of Hope
Laraware Welfare Foundation was born in 2025 in the small village of Pirkhauli, Faizabad โ a place where healthcare was a luxury, meals were a daily struggle, and elderly parents were often left without support.
Our founder Mohammad Arif, witnessing the daily suffering of his own community, decided that compassion alone was not enough โ it needed structure, commitment and scalability. He gathered a team of like-minded professionals and registered LWF as a Section 8 company under the Companies Act, 2013.
Within months of launch, LWF had organized its first free medical camp serving 300+ patients, started daily meal distribution, and set up the first of five village learning centres. What started as a local initiative has grown into a multi-district movement.
Our Core Values
Compassion First
Every decision we make starts with one question: does this reduce suffering? We put beneficiaries before bureaucracy, always.
Radical Transparency
We publish every rupee received and spent. 100% of donations go to programs โ zero admin deduction. Our books are open.
Sustainable Impact
We don't just solve today's problem โ we work on root causes so communities become self-sufficient over time.
Community-Led
Local communities design the programs that serve them. We listen before we act, and partner rather than impose.
Dignity & Equality
Every person we serve โ regardless of caste, religion or background โ receives the same care, respect and quality of service.
Urgency with Care
We move fast when lives are at stake, but never cut corners on quality of care or ethical standards.
