From a Small Village to
a Movement
Laraware Welfare Foundation was born from a simple observation: thousands of people in rural Ayodhya district lacked access to basic healthcare, food and education — not because resources didn't exist, but because no one was connecting them.
In early 2025, three individuals — Ravi Shankar, Kamlesh Pandey and Neelesh Pandey — decided to act. They pooled their savings, organized the first free medical camp, and served 200 patients in a single day.
Today, LWF runs 8 active programs, has conducted 5,000+ free surgeries, serves 10,000+ meals monthly, and operates across multiple districts of Uttar Pradesh.
